Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within India only.
Shipping cost
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value.
Payment
We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards and net banking). Because every piece is printed for you, we don't offer cash on delivery.
How long it takes
- Printing and dispatch: every item is printed to order and usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. Busy periods can add a day or two.
- Delivery: after dispatch, most orders arrive in 3–5 working days. Remote pin codes can take longer.
- If a regular courier doesn't serve your pin code, we may send your order by India Post. India Post can take 3–15 working days and may not offer full tracking.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 5 working days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.
Your address
Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are complete and correct, because the courier may call you before delivery. If you need to change the address, email us before your order is dispatched. We can't redirect a parcel once it's on its way.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, nobody was available, or the parcel was refused, we'll reship it once you confirm the address and pay the courier charge for the new shipment. See our refund policy for details.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery. Our refund policy explains how we replace or refund.
