1. About these terms

This website, workfolk.store, is run by WORKFOLK ("we", "us"), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, shipping policy and refund policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or order with the consent of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You're responsible for keeping your account details private and for orders placed from your account.

3. Our products

  • Every item is printed to order after you buy it. Our printing and fulfilment partner prints, packs and ships orders for us.
  • We try to show colours and prints accurately, but screens differ, and printed colours can vary slightly from what you see.
  • Garment measurements are listed on each product page and in our size guide. Measurements can vary by up to about 1 inch (2.5 cm) from piece to piece.
  • Follow the care label: wash inside out in cold water and don't iron directly on the print.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Delivery within India is free.
  • We accept prepaid payments only (UPI, cards and net banking), handled by our payment providers. We don't store your card details. We don't offer cash on delivery.
  • Prices and products can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, if a product is unavailable, if the details look fraudulent, or if we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our refund policy.

6. Shipping, returns and replacements

Delivery times, tracking and undelivered parcels are covered in our shipping policy. Because items are made to order, we only replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, defective or wrong, or that are lost in transit, as set out in our refund policy.

7. Designs and content

All designs, artwork, text, logos and images on this site belong to WORKFOLK or its licensors. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to its design. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Using the site

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, accessing it in unauthorised ways, scraping it, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other Indian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
